All items are offered subject to prior sale. The items are used.

All items are carefully described and in good condition unless otherwise noted. 

Deliveries are made at purchaser´s expense.

The invoice amount is payable on receipt without delay and deducation. 

The books remain our property untill the full amount has been paid.

Complaints accepted only within 8 days of receipt.

German law applies exclusively. The provisons of international business law are expressly excluded. In the event of dispute the German version of the terms of business is valid. The same applies to all book descriptions.
